Job Responsibilities

As a substitute teacher in Swedish and English, you will be responsible for planning, teaching, assessing, and following up on your courses, in close collaboration with colleagues in the subject team. You will meet students from different programs and with various backgrounds, which requires clear structure, relationship-building, and an inclusive approach. Mentorship is a particularly important part of the role with us. As a mentor, you play a central role in following the students' overall situation (studies, training, well-being, and balance in everyday life) and in supporting them in combining high school studies with an ambitious sports commitment. You collaborate with coaches, student health, and guardians to create good conditions for both performance and well-being.

Qualifications

You have a teaching degree with qualifications in Swedish and English for high school. You have experience teaching at the high school and/or middle school level, preferably across multiple programs. You have a good ability to plan, implement, and follow up on teaching with clear structure and variation. You are confident in assessment and feedback based on applicable governing documents. You easily build good relationships with students and colleagues. You enjoy the mentorship role and see the student's entire study situation, especially in the combination of studies and sports. You are flexible, solution-focused, and collaborative. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
